Great and lovely location in a touristic area, so close to the centre of town. Good location to museums and all shops.- Lovely sized and well soundproofed, well-priced rooms with essentials.- Fab view of the Albert Docks and balcony.

The breakfast was reasonably good with mushrooms or tomatoes, with a great selection of food. The location was incredible and lovely, really close to shops, very nice restaurants and bars, and the Ferry terminal.

Gorgeous 3 star hotel with superbly friendly staff and marvellous breakfast. Functional and recently decorated room with an absolutely gorgeous view over the World famous skyline from the window. Exceptionally comfortable bed, a storage space, a seating area and Wi-Fi in the room.

The room was quiet and had been recently redecorated, giving it a fresh look. It had a safe and some pretty nice views. The bed was super comfortable. Plus, they had useful amenities like an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and extra storage space. 😌

We stayed here after seeing The Killers and it was so perfect. We came out of the concert and the hotel was straight infront of us!

This place is of good quality, with attentive staff such as the female receptionist during check-in and the male receptionist working the night shift.

The hotel is located in the old docks on the seafront, next to the Beatles Museum, many restaurants and cafes. The rooms are large, the three of them were not closely designed to please loft style lovers. The staff is responsive, working very fast. The sightseeing bus stops close to the hotel, if you have not been to Liverpool and there are no clear plans, I advise to take a lap, look around, and then get out somewhere and walk around memorable places.
There was a small smell - probably recently changed the carpeting, it is almost not felt, but people with allergies better to clarify it when booking. Unfortunately, there are no electrical adapters for rent, only on sale.

Good location of the hotel: close to the Congress Centre and in the heart of the city. Close to many cafes, many restauranst, Ferris wheel, large shopping center, bus stop Liverpool ONE. main sights are within walking distance. hotel staff is friendly, there is room for luggage storage when leaving the hotel. Rooms are spacious and have everything you need except a safe and a fridge. room had an iron and ironing board. noise insulation is good.
Breakfast didn't like it at all - it's a small choice and it's not good. The hotel is quite large, and the restaurant with breakfast is very small, at rush hour it is difficult to find a spare table. You could have put an adapter for an outlet in your room, although USB outputs solved almost all problems. Very soft mattress and uncomfortable pillows. There were problems with the water temperature in the shower.
